About Cassi
Cassi Wegman is the firm's litigation paralegal. Once a client has signed up, she is the person working the case day to day: managing case files and court deadlines, gathering medical and employment records, handling discovery production, and communicating with clients and opposing counsel across the firm's civil rights, employment, personal injury, and criminal defense matters.
For most clients, Cassi is the person they speak with most often after intake. She is usually the one who can tell you where your case stands, what the firm needs from you next, and what is coming up on the calendar, which makes a long litigation process considerably less isolating.
